How many times can I refill a cartridge?
You can get several refills out of each cartridge if they are handled properly and with care before needing to replace them. It is more economical for you to drop off your used cartridge at an approved drop off zone and we will credit you accordingly when purchasing direct from Eco Inko. How does refilling help the environment?
We use recycled cartridges to ensure that they are used at their maximum. Cartridges are produced with different plastics, which take about 2.5 ounces of oil to manufacture. By buying a refilled cartridge, you help reduce landfill waste by a significant amount!
How long will a refilled cartridge last?
Our goal is to provide our customers with their money’s-worth, which is why your cartridges are refilled with as much ink as possible to last longer and avoid drying out. Inkjet cartridges can typically be refilled 3 times before seeing printing irregularities. When disposing your old cartridges, please bring them to your nearest recycling center. Return Policy
We hope you are enjoying and are satisfied with the products you have ordered. If you are not, you can simply return the product and receive a full refund or exchange it for another item within 90 days of your purchase. It is important to check that your printer model and part numbers correspond to each other before placing your order to avoid unnecessary returns and incorrectly ordered items. All of our products are guaranteed for 2 years!
Can I return a product?
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return the product in its packaging and receive a full refund within 90 days of your original date of purchase.
Do you provide a return label?
We will provide you with a prepaid return label – if for any reason there is a problem with your item and you need to send it back to us or if you wish to get a refund.
Can I exchange my item?
If you wish to exchange your item for any reason, it must be in its original unopened packaging and original condition. To set up an exchange for your product, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-827-9527 or email us at [email protected].
Shipping Policy
How can I track my order?
After the time of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary and receipt. You will also receive a tracking number from the shipping company directly, which will allow you to track your order.
Do you offer pickup?
We do not offer pickup due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. However, we offer delivery services throughout Canada and the USA.
What would I do if I received the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with a picture of your item and the confirmation email. Our team will review the file and the order, and we will get back to you as soon as we can regarding how we will proceed in terms of sending the item back to us. We will then ship the right item back to you.
