Eco Inko is the creator and developer of this website that is free of charge for anyone to access, having agreed to these terms and conditions. Our operations are based out of Montreal, Quebec, Canada and by doing business with us you agree that all disputes, regardless of whether or not we are the plaintiff or defendant will be settled in a count of competent jurisdiction in the province of Quebec. We reserve the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time, and to revise these guidelines and Terms and Conditions from time to time as we deem necessary. Any user that violates the terms of this Agreement will have their access canceled and they may permanently be banned from using the Eco Inko website and any interactive services that we offer. You may check these Terms and Conditions periodically. By using our website after we post changes to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them. Entering the Eco Inko website will constitute your acceptance of these Terms of Use.

 

2.Products and Our Services Provided

Eco Inko is Canada’s leading e-commerce toner cartridge provider based out of Montreal, Canada. We provide our clients with a range of products such as  ink, toners, laser drums and imaging units.

 

3.Prices, Payment and Taxes

All of our prices are clearly listed below each product description and do not include sales tax, custom duties or other taxes. The taxes will be calculated at the time of check-out, depending on the location of the shipment. All orders are carefully reviewed to make sure that they are accurate and to ensure the user is authorized to make the payment. We will pursue fraudulent orders to the fullest extent of the law, no matter how small the amount. We reserve the right to take legal action against any fraudulent orders and claim all expenses and damages arising from our action to reclaim the amount of the fraudulent order. 

 

4.Typographical Errors

We aim at being as accurate as possible in all the product descriptions and pricings listed on our website. In the unlikely event that any information provided on our website is inaccurate or incomplete due to typographical errors, we shall have the right to review or cancel any orders placed under these incorrect circumstances.

 

5.Copyrights and Trademarks

All graphics, logos and content provided on this website are our property and are protected from unauthorized copying and distribution by copyright law, trademark law, international conventions and other intellectual property laws. You must obtain our written consent if you wish to use any material provided on our website.

Your personal and confidential information is kept private and we will not distribute any of your information on our website or to our suppliers. 

 

7.Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it and receive a full refund or exchange it for another item. Before sending back the product, you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our Customer Service department. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method as the original purchase. We will provide you with a prepaid return label – if for any reason there is a problem with your item and you need to send it back to us or if you wish to get a refund. If you wish to exchange your item for any reason, it must be in its original unopened packaging and original condition.

 

8.Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to Canada and the USA. Shipping time and pricing will differ depending on the location of the client. After the time of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary and receipt. You will also receive a tracking number from the shipping company directly, which will allow you to track your order. If you receive the wrong item, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with a picture of your item and the confirmation email. Our team will review the file and the order, and we will get back to you as soon as we can regarding how we will proceed in terms of sending the item back to us. We will then ship the right item back to you.  

 

9.Confirming, Canceling and Changing Your Order/Orders

If your order has been shipped for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and estimated date of delivery. If you wish to change any information regarding your order, you may do so by calling our customer service number 1-800-827-9527.

 

10.Warranties and Guarantees

If you are having an issue with your product please contact our team at [email protected]. All our products are covered with a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy for 2 years after the date of your purchase. We pride ourselves in building life-long relationships with our loyal clients. 

 

11.Eligibility

Our website is intended for users over the legal age of 18 or under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian for users under the age of 18. Parents and/or legal guardians are free to decide whether or not the content provided on this website is appropriate for the minor. When purchasing an item of this website, we assume that the information being entered by the user is accurate and complete. If the information provided is not true, inaccurate or incomplete, we have the right to discontinue your account and refuse any future transactions and uses of our website.

 

12.Limitation of Liability 

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. 

 

13.Language

It is the express will of the parties that this agreement and all related documents have been drawn up in English.

 

14.Assignment

Customer may not assign its rights or obligations hereunder without the express prior written consent of Eco Inko. 

 

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Eco Inko and the receiving customer parties.
